WHAT IS LIVE-IN CARE?
Live-in care can be a better alternative for those who prefer to continue to stay at home, surrounded by their beautiful family and rich memories. Live-in carers can support client’s personal care and social independence, as well as help to maintain their dignity and fully utilise their autonomy. Your carer can support and encourage you to keep your personal and social commitments, so you can continue being an essential part of your local community.
Everyone is unique in their carer needs, cultural needs, religious identity, and dietary preferences. This is why we work hard to find experienced carers who will adapt to the individual needs and preferences of their client.
Your carer can support you in maintaining your personal hygiene, medication assistance, household chores, shopping and religious commitments such as attending church, and much more. Good carers will involve their client in the care they provide, working with the care recipient so that the care they provide is person-centred. They will encourage and respect the autonomy and consent of their clients.
All carers are regulated, regardless of whether they are self-employed or otherwise. This means all carers are required to support the safety and wellbeing of care recipients and are obligated to report any abuse and wellbeing concerns.

Every carer in our database was DBS, references, background checks, and their safeguarding, moving and handling and first aid training is kept up to date. All our carers would have had a minimum of 1 year experience as care professionals before joining us.

No hidden fees, just clear, fair rates. Our agency fee is a fixed 15%. There is no extra cost to supplying cover carers, whether we replace your carer once a month or every week, our agency fee remains consistent. Our self-employed carers will invoice their fees weekly.

It All Starts with a Call
We’ll begin with a friendly conversation to understand what you or your loved needs, and the level of care support required. Together, we’ll create a clear profile of care needs, personal preferences, and expectations. This profile helps us match you with a carer whose experience, personality, and values are the right fit.
Matching Service
We short list one or more carers that have the experience and confidence to meet the needs listed by the client. We aim to match on a skills/needs and culture/values basis. Once our Client finds a Carer profile they are happy with. We introduce the Carer to the Client via phone, video call or in person. Our Carers are often happy to commence work within 24hrs. .
Commitment to Excellence
ExultedCare can help provide cover when your carer takes a break [at the request of the Client]. If your needs change — or if a carer is unwell or isn’t the right fit — we’ll offer suitable replacements. Our goal is to ensure care remains consistent, flexible, and tailored to your changing needs.
